Suggested Use
Use one serving (1 tsp or 2 g♦) daily. Add 1 tsp to 4-6 ounces of hot water at around 175°F (79°C), mixing thoroughly; or prepare it cold, mixing and/or shaking well. Blend with shakes or smoothies. Sprinkle over yogurt or oatmeal. Bake in your favorite recipes.
